Iris Soulet

Founder, M.Ed.

Iris is the founder of Behavioral for Young Children. She has 20+ years of experience working with children in school and family settings. She also has experienced working with people between the ages of 0 to 21 years old. She understands how complex our healthcare system is; therefore, she started this company to support families and provide high-quality ABA and Early Intervention services in the Bay Area. Currently, Iris is also working as the Behavior Consultant Director at the JumpStart Clinic, Autism Center of Northern California.

Judy Li

Clinical Director, M.Ed., BCBA

Judy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has experience working with people between the ages of 2 to 21 years old. She created/implemented ABA programs in a variety of settings, including homes, group homes, and schools. She is also certified in the PEERS social skills curriculum; she has run social skills groups with preteens and teenagers. One of her favorite skills to teach is communication, especially with young children who start out with no functional communication.

Aries Chan

Program Manager, M.A., BCBA

Aries completed his Master in Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in Autism and completed his certification as a board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). His passion lay in the healthcare field and working with young children.
Aries has years of experience providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to a variety of individuals from ages 2 to 15. His skills within ABA include direct therapy, early intervention, parent training, naturalistic teaching, task analysis, and the development of goals and treatment plans.

We value our team members and teamwork. It is important for us to support each of our team members by providing ongoing training, case-specific feedback, and modeling of intervention strategies.
